Blueberry Super Smoothie!

Are you 30-ish? 40-ish? 50-ish? 60-ish? 70-ish? 80-ish? In any of these “ishes” ya gotta concentrate on what you eat. It’s fun, sexy and serious folks!

This is a sweet, tarty and creamy go-to for a post yoga session where I don’t really need the hit of protein that I would need after lifting.

LUX Blueberry Super Smoothie (serves 2 or 3)

1 large banana

2 cups frozen blueberry

1 cup whole fat plain yogurt

1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk

4oz Orange Juice

splash of water

1 scoop pea protein (optional)

Blend and Bon appetite!
